Jack is 1!!!

Well the 14th has come and gone and our baby is finally one!!! We had a great time at his birthday party even though it was 98 degrees with a heat index of 105! He was such a good boy all day especially considering he had to skip his afternoon nap for his party!!! He loved being with all the special people who shared in his day and he partied like crazy!!! He had a zoo themed party so daddy made sure there were lots of animals all over to make it look wild! He even made Jack's special monkey cake (mommy baked it, daddy decorated!). We had such a good time and cant believe it is over! Jack is growing up so fast! We went to the pediatrician yesterday and found out that Jack now weighs 22 lbs 8 oz and is 31.5 inches long. That is a far cry from the 8lbs 9oz and 20.5 inches he was when he was born! We are SO proud of him!
